This trial was also the annual NW region VS the Big Sky Region (Montana).
the NW region prevailed dispite a huge effort put out by the Montana
folks on Sunday. Tthe final results were NW 24 Big Sky 21
Added to the annual rivalry was the "17th brace" after Saturday's running. The
Hi Point dogs from each Region squared for a no holds barred head to head brace. Mike
Stotts and his super English Setter Diamond against Montana's hot little Brittany,
Rusty owned and handled by Mark Donavan. It was tough seeing the action
on the huge fields at the Flying B, but the final results were 2/2 and a back
for Diamond and 2/2 for Rusty. Congratulations to both dogs and their owners
for a great achievement.
